5th Nomination starts

Nomination Process:
1. VHs are given 10 evicting points and 5 saving points. These points are good for the last two nominations (5th and 6th Nominations).
2. VHs must assign at least 2 EP and 1 SP (maximum is 9 EP and 4 SP) to co-VHs they want to leave and stay in the vhouse, respectively.
3. A maximum of 10-character-codename and a minimum of 4-sentence-justification for the EP and SP votes are required.
4. Zenrick is forced to use his Immunity.
5. Whoever refuses to nominate, fails to nominate on time or violates a nomination rule is penalized. In addition, his/her ballot is invalidated.
